We want to offer you the very best in customer service that is why we offer "Same Day Shipping" if your order is placed prior to 2:30pm PST/5:30pm EST. Barbecues are shipped via FedEx Ground only. A street address must be provided. We can ship to PO BOXES, APO and FPO addresses for an additional charge. Barbecue accessories are shipped either FedEx Ground or USPS. You will receive an automated e-mail from FedEx containing your tracking number if your barbecue is purchased within the United States.

Son of Hibachi Online reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified immediately. Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
