The easy to use counter balance adjusts to the Rotisserie spit, enabling the meat to turn smoothly through the complete cooking cycle so the meat will cook and baste evenly in its own juices. Jerking spit motion is eliminated, reducing flare-ups and preventing tender foods from shaking loose while the motor runs cooler for a worry-free barbecue. The pre-balance stand allows you to prepare and pre-balance your food, while the barbeque is heating to the desired temperature.
Each Son of Hibachi™ Rotisserie comes with uprights and hardware to make a preparing station for your rotisserie. Just connect uprights to a cutting board for easy rotisserie preparation. All hardware is included.
