We, at GO Sales Inc., are confident that you will be very pleased with the operation of your new Son of Hibachi™ and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of this product we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Note: We do not except returns on Son of Hibachi™ barbecues that have been altered by the customer in anyway.

Contact GO Sales Inc. at 1-877-663-7454 for a return authorization number (RMA#) and instructions. Any product sent back without a RMA# is considered abandoned.

The Son of Hibachi™ must be packaged in the original packaging along with all original packaging materials, manual, etc., and must be in reasonably clean condition with no abnormal wear, tear, scratches or abuse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All actual shipping and merchant fees will be deducted from the purchase price. Any parts returned damaged will also be deducted from the purchase price. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. Items not in original packaging cannot be returned. The Son of Hibachi™ must be shipped back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the product. The Son of Hibachi™ is very reliable, however, if you are experiencing any problems upon purchase, please contact us. Your full warranty will apply. This is the best portable barbecue on the market and we stand behind what we sell.

ALL SALES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
