How it Works
The Son of Hibachi™ Barbecue System is a revolutionary portable barbecue that makes barbecuing fun and easy. No other charcoal barbecue will allow you to start barbecuing and cooking as fast. And best of all, messy clean up is a thing of the past!
Set Up
Convenient carrying handles fold down as sturdy legs for the amazing Son of Hibachi™ barbecue.
Double grill adjust to four different cooking heights.
Unique damper is also a handle for grills.
Grills are specially designed so that your food does not roll off.
The Son of Hibachi™ barbecue fills with charcoal like other barbecues, BUT IT SURE DOESN'T LIGHT LIKE OTHER BARBECUES!
Lighting
After the charcoal is in place, put the grills on the LOWEST setting and then you simply fold the barbecue up.
Slide the damper on about 1 inch to hold the barbecue together, and leave ash drawer open about 1/2 inch.
Fill the special ash drawer with charcoal, wood chips or paper. Saturate with charcoal lighter fluid, then light.The chimney effect will have your charcoal ready in no time.
Cooking
When the charcoal is ready, unfold your Son of Hibachi™.
Now you have 170 square inches of cooking space to barbecue on.
Whether you are camping, tail-gating, picnicking, boating or just in your own back yard, barbecuing is a breeze.
Charcoal Saving
After barbecuing, fold up the Son of Hibachi™ and tap the two sides together so the ashes fall into the ash drawer. Then slide the damper on while it is still hot!
Your Son of Hibachi™ will be clean for the next use as the heat also cooks the grease and scraps off the grills.
After two minutes, place your barbecue into your Snuff out Pouch™ and zip the pouch closed. Lack of air smothers the charcoal so it can be used many times, saving you money.
