The Son of Hibachi™ barbecue comes with a 1 year warranty. All accessories have a 90 day warranty. When purchasing directly through SonofHibachiOnline.com, your warranty is automatically in effect. You will not need to register any warranty cards. Warranty issues will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

We are on the road. Can our Son of Hibachi™ be delivered to Camp Grounds or RV parks?
Yes, FedEx will deliver to Camp Grounds and RV Parks. If you are residing at a camp ground or RV Park for an extended length of time (more than 2 weeks), FedEx can deliver directly to your site. When ordering please send us an additional email with as much information describing your location in the park to help the FedEx driver find your site. You may want to have it delivered to the camp ground office.

Can you mark the customs document as a gift on my foreign shipment?

Do I have to use lighter fluid to start my Son of Hibachi™?

Can I only use one side of the Son of Hibachi™ to barbecue on if I only need one grill?
Yes, you can fill just one side of the barbecue to save on charcoal. Both sides do not have to be used.
